Quality Executive

Key responsibilities

1. Monitor and ensure overall product quality across all production processes
2. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify defects
3. Review and analyze test reports to verify product conformity
4. Coordinate with technical & production teams to resolve quality issues
5. Maintain detailed quality records and implement corrective actions
6. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
7. Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
8. Communicate with customers regarding product quality and feedback

Requirements

1. 2-4 years of experience in garment quality assurance or related field
2. Diploma/degree in textile, garment technology, or related discipline
3. Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and process improvement
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
5. Strong communication and teamwork abilities
