Trainee | Quality Controller – Tea Division

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process quality inspections in the tea packet production section to ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Check tea packets for weight, sealing, packaging, labelling, coding and overall packing quality.
• Monitor production activities and identify any quality deviations or non-conformities.
• Record quality inspection results and maintain relevant quality records and reports.
• Immediately report quality issues, defects or deviations to the Quality Controller/Supervisor and Production Team.
• Assist in monitoring cleanliness, hygiene and GMP requirements within the production and packing areas.
• Ensure production and packing activities are carried out according to approved procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the production team to support corrective actions and continuous quality improvement.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation related to quality inspections and production activities.

Qualifications

• G.C.E. Ordinary level / advanced level or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh candidates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Good observation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in a production environment and according to shift requirements.
• Male candidates are preferred.
