IT & Digital Executive

SLAAQP is seeking a dynamic and technology-oriented IT & Digital Executive to drive and support the Association’s digital presence, IT infrastructure and digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain, update and continuously improve the SLAAQP website and online platforms.
  • Manage and maintain the Association’s cybersecurity and ensure appropriate protection of digital assets and information.
  • Manage and continuously update SLAAQP’s social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Develop and expand digital platforms and solutions to support the Association’s events, training programmes, membership services and other key functions.
  • Maintain and ensure the reliability of the organisation’s IT infrastructure, hardware and network facilities.
  • Manage and maintain the organisation’s software, applications, digital tools and IT systems.
  • Work closely with the SLAAQP Council in implementing the Association’s digital strategy and advancing its digital transformation journey.
  • Provide hands-on IT and digital support for major events, conferences, training programmes and other activities organized by SLAAQP.

Ideal candidate profile

  • B.Sc. degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT field.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in:
    • Web development and website administration
    • Graphic and digital content development
    • Software and application management
    • Programming and digital solutions
    • Social media and digital platform management
    • IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as closely with the Council and other stakeholders.
  • Willingness to provide IT support during events and programmes, including outside normal working hours when required.
