Quality assurance supervisor

Requirements

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
• Candidates with qualifications in food science, food technology, microbiology, agriculture, biological science or a related field will have an added advantage.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, food processing, food manufacturing or the poultry industry will be an added advantage.
• Candidates without prior industry experience but with G.C.E. A/L qualification may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, food hygiene and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Good observation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to supervise and work closely with production employees.
• Willingness to work in a chilled/cold processing environment and on a shift basis when required.
• Male candidates preferred.
