Key responsibilities
- Lead the quality assurance team to meet the required standards.
- Develop, update, and maintain the company quality management system via quality assurance policies, SOPs, and working instructions.
- Overlook the operational activities relating to the quality assurance department.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate for external audits to ensure compliance with FAMI-QS, ISO 9001:2015, and GMP requirements.
- Guide and train cross-functional teams on quality standards to foster a strong quality culture across the organization.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and supplier quality teams to resolve non-conformances.
- Investigate non-compliances and customer complaints, lead root-cause analysis, and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
Candidate requirements
- Age below 35 years.
- Possesses a bachelor’s degree in science.
- Having diploma in quality management is an added advantage.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2015 & other quality certifications.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
