Quality assurance executive (garment factory)

A well-established, BOI-approved apparel manufacturing company in the Kolonnawa Industrial Zone is seeking a quality assurance executive to join the production team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the production process.
• Implement quality inspection procedures and report issues.
• Supervise and guide quality inspectors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with buyer and customer requirements.
• Visit subcontract factories and recommend corrective actions.
• Report quality issues to production teams for immediate action.
• Analyse quality data to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality standards, policies, and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a quality assurance executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
• Good numerical and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a results-driven approach.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
