Quality Assurance Executive / Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality systems (ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, SLS).
• Conduct hygiene inspections, internal audits and support certification audits.
• Ensure traceability and maintain documentation.
• Handle quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in food science.
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in FMCG / food manufacturing, ideally biscuits or confectionery.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, FSSC 22000.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
