QA Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated QA Assistant to join our supply chain team. This role focuses on conducting quality and safety assessments at our outlets across Sri Lanka, ensuring compliance with international food safety standards and certifications.

Key responsibilities

1. Conduct outlet inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Halal certification requirements.
2. Perform routine audits and prepare detailed reports on outlet hygiene, safety, operational practices, and compliance.
3. Support continuous improvement initiatives in food safety and quality management.
4. Liaise with outlet managers to implement corrective actions and maintain compliance.
5. Travel across Sri Lanka to visit outlets and conduct assessments.

Requirements

1. Preferably a male candidate with the ability and willingness to ride a motorbike for outlet visits.
2. Diploma or degree in food science, quality assurance, or a related field.
3. Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Halal certification standards.
4. Strong communication and report-writing skills.
5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
