Manager Quality Assurance

We are a well-established and rapidly growing export-oriented company, primarily engaged in the export of tea and value-added food products, serving a diverse international clientele. We are seeking a highly competent, results-driven, and strategic Quality Assurance professional to lead our Quality function.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage Quality Assurance activities for export products
  2. Ensure compliance with international quality standards and certifications
  3. Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks for export shipments
  4. Coordinate with production and export teams to meet customer specifications
  5. Handle customer complaints related to quality and implement corrective actions
  6. Maintain QA documentation and export quality records
  7. Support continuous improvement in export quality systems
  8. Prepare QA reports and maintain quality documentation
  9. Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards

Qualifications & experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Engineering, or related field
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the export or FMCG industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and export quality requirements
  4. Good communication and leadership skills
