Junior executive – quality assurance
Job responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
- Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and corrective action documentation.
- Support implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures (QMS).
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Assist in internal audits, customer audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
Education / skill and experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in quality management, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of quality tools, inspection methods, and documentation procedures.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and audit processes will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
