Executive – Quality Assurance

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA programs and food safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and relevant food safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, feed, shell eggs, packing materials and finished products.
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation and biosecurity practices across the farm and processing operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and traceability.
• Investigate and address quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production, farm, stores and other departments to ensure quality and food safety.

Requirements

• Master or bachelor degree in food science, animal science, poultry science, microbiology or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in quality assurance/food safety in the poultry or food industry.
• Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
