Quality Executive and QA Assistant (Male)

We have an extensive portfolio of esteemed clients, and to ensure our continued growth and success, we wish to recruit a motivated and commercially astute individual for the following position for our manufacturing operations.

Role Profile

• Implementing, Establishing, Monitoring, reviewing and maintaining products & processes in compliance with established Quality/Food Safety Management Systems of FSSC 22000 & Quality Management Systems within the organization.
• Process validations. analysis of product and verification of process performance and work for continual improvements.
• Ensure that all products and manufacturing processes comply with applicable QA Standards at both the National and International levels.
• Attends to Product complaints, nonconformance, and customer queries.
• Ensure analysis of raw materials semi-finished products & finished goods.
• Ensure a traceability system throughout the process starting from raw material to finished goods.
• Adhere to product quality & ability to work independently to assure customer requirements.

Personal Profile

• A degree including Physical Science / Mechanical Engineering as a subject or similar discipline is a recognized university.
• Fair knowledge of QA Methodologies and Standards like FSSC 200000, HACCP, BRC ISO, etc would be an added advantage.
• At least one year of experience in the Quality Assurance/Quality Control field.
• Experience in Metal Packaging Industry / Food Manufacturing Canning Industry / other Canning Product Manufacturing would definitely be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) is a must.
• Strong problem-solving decision-making and good numerical skills with statistical process control techniques.
• Close proximity to Ja-Ela/Ekalå areas will be an added advantage.
