Quality Controller Incharge

“Araliya Packaging Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.” Manufactures high-quality products and is a well-established company in the non-woven fabric industry. We are looking for trustworthy, responsible, and dynamic team players with an outgoing personalities to join immediately for the above-mentioned position at Araliya Packaging Head Office Polonnaruwa.

Specific Responsibilities

• Perform in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection on the sewing floor.
• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped.
• Supervising Q.Cs’ and recorders’ duties.
• Conducting pre-production meeting before production start.
• Providing training to the newcomers and whole workers of the department.
• Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department and to the top management at the earliest.
• Resolving quality-related issues by adhering to deadlines.
• Maintaining & managing documents in a systematic way.

Requirements

• Age below 45 years.
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
• Must have good leadership skills. Computer literate.
• Must be organized and work well under pressure.
