Associate Software Architect / Software Architect

Responsibilities

• Defining the complete technology roadmap of the company
• Translating complex business and non-functional requirements into strong architecture
• Designing enterprise-grade financial systems and optimizing/revamping legacy systems
• Providing best in class solutions with regards to security, performance, and scalability
• Leading and mentoring a highly skilled team of engineers

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT. Having a Master’s degree is preferred
• 8+ years of overall experience and 3+ years as an Architect or a Senior Tech Lead
• Natural practitioner of OOP, Design patterns, and Best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in designing .NET (.NET Core), REST API, and React-based mission-critical applications
• Experience in enterprise software design with message queues (RabbitMQ), caching (Redis), IAM based authentication/authorization
• Good knowledge in database technologies (MS SQL Server / MySQL / Oracle / SSIS / MongoDB)
• Prior experience in working in banking applications would be an added advantage
