Front Office Manager

Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all front office operations including reception and guest relations
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction standards
- Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor occupancy, room inventory, and revenue performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed 4-star (or above) hotel preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
