Customer Service Executive – Cashier

Key responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
  2. Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.
  3. Issue receipts, refunds, and maintain proper transaction records.
  4. Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
  6. Support team members in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred.
  2. Strong numerical and communication skills.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling money.
  4. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  5. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  6. Team player with a customer-first mindset.
