Personal Auditor for the Chairman

Oversee hotel operations with integrity, deliver insights with impact, and report directly to the chairman.

Key responsibilities

  1. Conduct independent audits of hotel operations, financial activities, and internal controls.
  2. Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and compliance gaps.
  3. Analyze root causes and recommend practical, value-driven solutions.
  4. Prepare clear, concise, and professional audit reports for the chairman.
  5. Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
  6. Maintain strict confidentiality and professional integrity.

Requirements

  1. Professional qualification in audit/accounting (CIA, CA, ACCA or equivalent preferred).
  2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in auditing or internal controls (hospitality experience is an advantage).
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent report writing and communication abilities.
  5. High level of integrity, independence, and attention to detail.
