Senior Executive Quality Assurance

We are one of the leading organizations in Batik Industries located in Rathmalana and looking for a Senior Executive — Quality Assurance to maintain the quality standards and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assuring the required quality standards of all fabric
• Ensuring output product meets customer demands
• Monitor, measure, and review all internal processes related to products
• Attend to customer demands and complaints, and resolve to achieve customer satisfaction
• Report to Management the activities related to quality assurance

Key Requirements:

• A Degree in Material Science/ Chemistry/ HND in Textile & Clothing
• Engineering or Equivalent professional qualification
• Age below 30
• 4 Years’ experience as an Executive or 2 Years’ experience as a Senior
• Executive in the Quality Assurance Department in a Manufacturing trade
• Fabric Manufacturing or Fabric Dyeing will be an added advantage
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
