Quality Assurance Executive

Lanka Spice (Pvt) Ltd, owners of the renowned brand “Mc Currie” and manufacturers of spices, spice-related blends, powders, and ready-to-eat jar products, are in search of a young dynamic, results-oriented candidate to fill the above position in our Office at Makumbura, Pannipitiya.

Your main responsibilities in this position are

• Packing / Raw material inspections – especially spices
• Monitoring of operational parameters related to the quality of the product and ensuring the finished product quality
• Audit-related document handling

You should possess

• Degree in Food Technology or any other Food related discipline from a recognized institute
• Familiarized with ISO 14000, HALAL, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000
• Experience in a similar capacity in a food manufacturing organization
• Computer literacy — MS Office packages
• Good team player
