Quality Assurance Manager

Requirements

• M.Sc./B.Sc. Degree in Food Science & Technology/Microbiology and equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the coconut industry with knowledge of UHT, coconut milk, canning, desiccated coconut, and related products, and virgin coconut oil
• Knowledge of ISO 22000/HACCP/FSSC 22000/1FS/BRC is a prerequisite
• A strong problem-solving attitude & willingness to think “Out of the box” & work across department boundaries
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills both in English and Sinhala with a positive attitude
• Motivational and interpersonal skills & ability to establish good working relationships with all categories
• Computer literacy especially MS Office
