JUNIOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ANALYST
DEPARTMENT – COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

KEY TASKS:

• Analyse departmental data and prepare reports, charts and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
• Develop, document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and consistent workflows.
• Monitor departmental performance trends and provide actionable insights to improve processes and outcomes.

BRING YOUR EXPERTISE

The ideal candidate must have completed a degree in IT or Finance, and possess strong IT, AI, and Excel-based analytical skills. Should have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work with large data sets, strong numerical accuracy, and an interest in HR analytics and compensation frameworks. Good communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential
