Assistant – Quality Assurance

In keeping with our continuous expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team to handle the following duties:

• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
• Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials such as plastic films, inks, adhesives, and ink products to ensure finished product quality

Key Requirements:

• BSc Degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science from a recognized University or Institute of Chemistry Ceylon
• Minimum 2 years of Quality Inspection, Auditing, and Testing experience in the flexible packaging industry involving extrusion, rotogravure & flexo printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch forming
• Experience with ISO/ FSSC Quality System implementation
• Graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply
