Quality Assurance Executive

Key responsibilities

• QMS implementation & maintenance
• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Ensure QMS processes are established, documented, and operated effectively across the organization.
• Control and maintain quality documentation, including the quality manual, procedures, and work instructions.
• Audit management
• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to verify QMS effectiveness and compliance.
• Coordinate and host external audits by certification bodies and customers.
• Track and follow up on audit findings, ensuring non-conformities are addressed through feedback, and non-conformities.
• Report on the need for improvements and opportunities for change.
• Continuous improvement & training
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
• Promote awareness of customer and regulatory requirements throughout the organization.
• Provide training and induction on the QMS and ISO 9001:2015 requirements to employees.
• External liaison
• Serve as the primary representative for the organization in communications with certification bodies, regulators, and customers regarding the QMS.
• R&D lab pump testing

Key qualifications & skills

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering, management, or related field often preferred).
• 3-8 years of experience as a management representative, quality manager, or in a similar QMS role. Certified ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor certification is often preferred or required.
• Essential skills
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and audit processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in QMS software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Age between 30 – 40.
