Assistant Manager – Export Marketing

Candidate profile

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in export marketing, international sales, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, international business, business management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, international markets, trade documentation, and logistics.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify new market opportunities and support market expansion and business development.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement export marketing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new international markets, customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and business partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate export orders, quotations, negotiations, documentation, and logistics with relevant internal teams.
• Monitor export performance, customer feedback, and market developments while supporting profitability and market expansion objectives.
• Ensure all export activities comply with company policies, international trade regulations, and relevant export requirements.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development events.
