Maintenance Executive

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as Maintenance Executive/Supervisor in hotel/condominiums or commercial properties
• Sound knowledge in maintenance of buildings, lifts, pools, generators, etc
• Age below 50
• Preference will be given to the candidates who reside close proximity to Colombo
• Salary negotiable
