Maintenance technicians

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing of guest room facilities, including electronic locks, hot & cold water distribution networks, drainage systems, water pumps and lighting.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, facilities, equipment, and premises.
• Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Attend to plumbing repairs and maintenance work.
• Maintain and troubleshoot air-conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Attend to maintenance breakdowns and emergency repair requirements promptly.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and according to required standards.

Requirements

• NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent qualification in electrical, mechanical & building maintenance.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar maintenance technician role in the hotel/hospitality sector or any other relevant industry.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willingness to work at the Ella & Colombo properties.
• Two (02) vacancies available. One for Ella & one for Colombo.
