About the Company

Our company, Mesas International (P VT) LTD is an associate company of Sanken Construction (PVT) LTD. We offer our services in design consultancy for Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing (MEP) building services for low and high-rise buildings, factories, domestic housing, hospitals, etc.

Contract Period — One Year (Yearly extension based On the Work Performance)

Duties

• Undertake Mechanical Engineering design and documentation for our current projects
• Develop/ review mechanical systems’ (Plumbing, Air -Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation, Fire Protection, etc.) specifications, drawings, and documentation to meet the client’s requirements
• Minor liaison with clients, architects, and other business stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, team members, and peers
  The candidate shall be able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team

Skills and Experience

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of Seven years of experience
• A proven track record with design and working on building services projects will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills to ensure client management skills are at the right level
