Your responsibilities will include

• Develop and manage import and export sales activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the international customer base.
• Develop new international markets, distributors, and customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Travel frequently and be based in assigned countries for specific periods, when required, to support market development.

You should

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in sales, marketing, international business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in export sales, preferably handling overseas markets outside the company’s current export markets.
• Experience in import/export or B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to develop international markets, distributors, and customers independently.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to international business environments, and achieve sales targets.
• Previous exposure to African and selected Asian markets, particularly Myanmar, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Bangladesh, will be an added advantage.
