Job duties

• Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in the plant.
• Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, and control systems.
• Support senior electricians in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Perform routine inspections and identify electrical faults or potential hazards.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment status.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 35
• Completed G.C.E. (O/L) is a minimum requirement.
• Completed G.C.E. (A/L) in a manufacturing/industrial environment is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an electrical/industrial environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with electrical drawings, control panels, and safety procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment and support shifts if required.
