Maintenance officer

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated individual to look after our commercial premises in Colombo 03.

Qualifications & experience

• A completed BSc in Facilities Management, B.Eng. Tech. in Building Services Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience; trainees and fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Basic knowledge or academic understanding of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general building maintenance will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Committed, responsible, and hardworking, with the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
