Maintenance Executive / Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Inspect all areas of work premises to identify problems and ensure it meets clean and safety standards
• Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads
• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities
• Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time
• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage
• Conduct preventative maintenance work
• Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work
• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time
• Act fast to resolve emergency issues

Requirements

• 3 or 4 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Executive / Supervisor
• A certificate or equivalent qualification is required
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and AIC systems
• Excellent knowledge of computer literacy
• Problem—solving aptitude
• Excellent organization and leadership skills
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
