The company is looking for individuals with high drive and dynamism to join our team in the following positions:

Cashier – male / female

Personal profile/ requirements:

  1. Age below 35 years.
  2. Passed G.C.E advanced level examination in commerce stream.
  3. Partly qualified in ICASL/ CIMA/CMA/AAT would be an added advantage.
  4. Familiarity with accounting software and systems is essential.
  5. Knowledge of MS Excel / Word application.
  6. Good command of written and spoken English.
  7. Excellent communication skills and a friendly and pleasant appearance.
  8. 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  2. Bank daily collections on the following day.
  3. Maintain cash controls and cash management.
  4. Prepare daily reconciliations of invoices, collections, and bank deposits.
  5. Process cash, credit, debit and other payment transactions accurately.
  6. Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the day.
  7. Coordinate with the sales & service team to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  8. Ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.
  9. Maintaining adequate change denominations.

HR executive – male / female

Personal profile/ requirements:

  1. Age below 40.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  3. A degree or diploma in HR would be an added advantage.
  4. IT literacy.
  5. Knowledge of labor laws & HR software.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Employee onboarding and offboarding.
  2. Performance management, training and development.
  3. Staff attendance & leave management.
  4. Employee records.
  5. Coordinate with departments for HR related matters.
  6. Preparation of HR documents, letters & reports.
  7. Addressing employee relations issues.
  8. Other HR matters.

Maintenance executive – male

Personal profile/ requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar field.
  2. A strong work ethic with an eye for detail and time management skills.
  3. Overall technical / electrical knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance of buildings and premises.
  2. Responsible for the daily operation of water recycling plants.
  3. Handle electrical, air conditioning and plumbing defects.
  4. Day-to-day troubleshooting and liaise with service providers.
  5. Safety & maintenance compliance.
  6. Crisis management.

Office assistant – male

Personal profile/ requirements:

  1. Age below 45.
  2. Previous experience in similar role is preferred.
  3. Passed GCE O/L.
  4. Valid motorbike driver’s license.
  5. Ability to read and write in English with reasonable proficiency.
  6. Multi tasking skills.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the collection & dispatch of documents with internal team & external parties.
  2. Maintain accurate records of delivery books and seals received and collected.
  3. Handle incoming & outgoing correspondence, documents, and deliveries to/from clients and banks.
  4. General administrative & clerical tasks.
  5. Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining records.
  6. Facility maintenance.

Service advisor (body repairs & general repairs) male

Personal profile/ requirements:

  1. Age below 35 years.
  2. Minimum 02 years of work experience in a similar capacity (excluding on-the-job training period).
  3. NVQ level VI.
  4. English & computer knowledge are mandatory.
  5. Valid driving license & be able to drive & do test runs responsibly.
  6. Work independently & achieve workshop targets.
  7. Overseas work experience would be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Conduct vehicle inspections and service consultations with customers, including initial fault diagnosis.
  2. Arrange test drives with technicians to confirm vehicle issues.
  3. Prepare detailed repair orders, estimates, and job schedules.
  4. Check parts availability and order the required spare parts.
  5. Recommend accessories, dealership products, and services to customers.
  6. Ensure compliance with repair policies and procedures.
  7. Prepare accurate cost estimates and maintenance quotations.
  8. Explain repair costs and agree on service completion timelines with customers.
  9. Coordinate final vehicle inspection, invoice review, and handover.
  10. Liaise with insurance engineers for accident repair assessments and approvals.

Master technician

Personal profile/ requirements:

  1. More than 5 years of experience in automotive repairs and workshop operations.
  2. Ability to diagnose and rectify complex mechanical issues independently.
  3. Work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
  4. Good understanding of workshop safety and operational procedures.
  5. Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and maintenance procedures.
  6. Familiarity with manufacturer service standards and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  2. Diagnose & repair complex mechanical faults related to engines, transmissions, suspension, braking, steering, cooling, and drivetrain systems.
  3. Carry out inspections, testing, fault analysis, and quality checks in line with manufacturer standards.
  4. Support warranty repairs and maintain accurate service documentation.
  5. Guide and mentor junior technicians and workshop support staff.
  6. Coordinate with service advisors and the spare parts team to ensure repair planning and parts availability.
  7. Assist in job allocation and workflow coordination.
  8. Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, operational compliance standards, and tool management.

Driver

Personal profile/ requirements:

  1. Age between 25 and 40 years.
  2. Passed G.C.E ordinary level examination.
  3. Valid driver’s license.
  4. Minimum 2 years of experience.
  5. Team player, positive attitude.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Work extended hours if necessary.
  2. Maintaining the vehicles in good condition.
  3. Ensure the validity periods of required documents pertaining to vehicles.
  4. Follow the company policy for refueling methods.
