We are a leading manufacturer, exporter, importer & supplier of premium quality veterinary health products to the livestock industry of Sri Lanka and to the international market, and are looking for energetic, ambitious & self-motivated candidate to be a part of energetic Farmchemie team as,

Qualifications

1. A graduate from a recognized university related to purchasing/logistics/supply chain.
2. 1-2 years working experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Obtaining price quotation from approved vendors.
2. Obtaining approvals for product specification from quality department.
3. On time placement of purchase orders.
4. Handling of supplier payments.
5. Handling of import approvals from local authorities.
6. Handling of marine insurance.
7. Coordination with vendors, inter-departments, local authorities, banks, freight forwarders, clearing agents & etc.
8. Handling of shipping documents.
9. Handling of shipment clearance.
10. Assure that the ordering process is handled in effective & efficient manner.
