Engineering technician – HVAC | BMS

Responsibilities

• HVAC and refrigeration preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.
• Maintenance and management of chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, split AC units, package units, exhaust systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Maintenance and management of BMS systems, as well as continuous monitoring and maintenance of temperature, humidity, pressure differentials, and airflow parameters according to GMP requirements.
• Troubleshooting and repair of refrigeration circuits, compressors, evaporators, condensers, expansion valves, and refrigerant systems.
• HVAC-related electrical maintenance and basic electrical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 4 or above qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot PLC programming and VFD programming is an added advantage.
