Engineering Manager

Position overview:

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve organizational goals.
2. Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion.
3. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve operational efficiency.
6. Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or a related field).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering management or senior engineering role.
3. Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
