Perwiplast Industries (Pvt) Ltd, an established manufacturer of engineering plastic and industrial products, is looking for a skilled and responsible electrician to join our manufacturing team.

Key responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance of injection moulding machines and factory equipment
• Troubleshooting electrical and control-system faults
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Maintenance of motors, contactors, relays, sensors, heaters and control panels
• Electrical wiring, installations and modifications
• Identifying and rectifying electrical faults safely and efficiently
• Maintaining electrical safety standards within the factory
• Supporting the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime

Requirements

• NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent electrical qualification
• Previous experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with 3-phase electrical systems, motors, control panels and industrial machinery
• Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and control circuits
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to machine breakdowns
• Good discipline, responsibility and teamwork
• Experience in plastic injection moulding machinery will be an added advantage
