About the company

It provides cost-effective energy conservation solutions and products to industries, commercial buildings, hotels etc. It offers a range of services from design to commissioning and after-sales support. It has partnerships with global energy efficient brands for chillers, HVAC systems, BMS systems, power monitoring systems, and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

1. Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
2. Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for BMS projects.
3. Select suitable controllers, field devices, sensors, actuators, and networking equipment.
4. Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
6. Conduct site visits when required for project assessment.
7. Support the sales and engineering teams during tender submissions.

Requirements

1. Diploma in electrical, electronic engineering or equivalent qualifications.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or automation systems.
3. Good knowledge of DDC panels, BACnet, Modbus, and control systems.
4. Strong coordination and communication skills.
5. Hands-on experience working with CAD software like AutoCAD.
6. Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Perth time), Monday to Friday.
7. Holiday entitlement: Only Australian (Western Australia) public holidays will be observed.

Remuneration

1. Salary on par or above industry, depending on the experience.
