Requirements

1. Age below 55 years.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC systems, split air conditioners, and package units.
3. Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems.
4. Technical college or vocational training qualification in air conditioning, refrigeration, or a related field.
5. Sound knowledge of the electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
6. Experience in carrying out general building maintenance work.
7. Ability to work independently and respond promptly to breakdowns.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
9. Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance-related duties.
10. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in commercial buildings, factories, or high-rise developments.

Semi-skilled category requirements

1. Age below 40 years.
2. Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems and maintenance activities.
3. Technical training or relevant work experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
4. Willingness to assist technicians with servicing, installations, repairs, and general maintenance work.
5. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
