Credit recovery executive – male (kalutara)

We are seeking a competent and result-oriented recovery executive to manage customer collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up and recover outstanding customer payments.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and credit accounts.
• Conduct customer visits and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate recovery and receivable records.
• Coordinate with sales and accounts departments on overdue accounts.
• Prepare regular recovery reports for management.
• Ensure timely achievement of monthly recovery targets.
• Attend recovery-related court cases and coordinate with legal representatives.

Qualifications & requirements

• Part qualification in accounting / finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and debt recovery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and accounting systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve recovery targets.
• Willingness to travel island-wide.
• Having valid riding/driving license is a must.
