Senior Finance Executive – Vietnam

Established in 2004, Austgrow has had a rich apparel history and commitment to innovation, and we stand as a leading force in the industry. We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to oversee our financial operations in Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies and investments aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify financial risks, implement controls, and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and optimize capital allocation.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and analysis for decision-making.
• Lead the finance team and collaborate with senior management to support business growth.

Candidate profile

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field from a recognized university.
• Partly qualified in CIMA or CA with 4+ years of financial management experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and risk management.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, investment strategies, and capital management.
• Familiarity with financial software, and data analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
