Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor ready for your next career move? We are looking for a qualified, detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Male/Female) to join our team!

Role : Quantity Surveyor

Gender : Open to both Male & Female candidates

Availability : Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Estimate quantities, costs, and materials required for projects.

✓ Prepare tender, contract documents, and bills of quantities (BOQ).

✓ Manage project costs, variations, and final accounts.

✓ Conduct site visits and assessments.

✓ Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project managers.

Requirements:

✓ Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

✓ Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction/engineering projects.

✓ Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract management.

✓ Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
