Engineering Service Executives for Diebold Nixdorf Retail / POS, Entrust-Datacard, and Kisan Systems
Description
As an Engineering Service Executive at DMS, your primary requirement is to answer customer requests for service & maintenance. Your main focus is to troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs and maintenance on equipment in-house and at customer sites while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer. You will also be required to install and program devices to test and commission new systems.
Essential functions of this position include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing system failures in-house and customer locations
- Installation and commissioning of new systems
- Traveling to customer sites to effect repairs/Service
- Completing supporting documentation related to job completion and customer history
- Interfacing with the Sales Dept, Help Desk personnel, and customers.
Qualifications
- Applicant should be under 27 years of age.
- Must have vocational or specialized training in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering Technology (Preferably NDES, HNDE or NDT qualified)
- PC hardware maintenance and Operating Systems (Windows/Linux) skills a plus.
