Assistant | Service Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Support medical instrumentation sales via after-sales service.
2. Handle pre-installation, installation, and commissioning.
3. Provide technical support within assigned territory.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
5. Respond to technical inquiries and breakdowns.
6. Train and develop technicians on product knowledge.
7. Maintain accurate customer records and information.

Qualifications

1. BSc in electronics / biomedical engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
2. Minimum 2 – 5 years’ of experience in relation to electronics or biomedical engineering field.
3. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
4. Sound knowledge in computer hardware and software.
5. Preference for candidates in Homagama, Kaduwela, Athurugiriya, Malabe, Hokandara, Maharagama & Western province.
