Trainee | Executive Operations (Day Shift)

Roles & responsibilities

1. Conduct calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage.
2. Gather detailed information on patient insurance benefits.
3. Accurately document call notes in the practice management system.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and accurate operations.

Qualifications & experience

1. 1-2 years of work experience in the BPO industry preferred.
2. Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is an added advantage.
3. Excellent command of English in both written and spoken forms.
4. Flexibility to work according to US times and calendar.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
