Key responsibilities
- Process and monitor fund-in (deposit) and resolve related issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate payouts in line with KPS targets.
- Coordinate with customer service and internal teams on transaction issues.
- Monitor bank systems, downtime, and account balances.
- Perform basic fund management, reporting, and account maintenance.
- Maintain account security and operational accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in payment processing or a similar field will be an advantage.
- Able to understand English.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule (morning, afternoon, and night).
