Enliven Designers (Pvt.) Ltd is a one-stop shop for all web solutions, such as web designing, web hosting, web development, content writing, SEO, social media marketing & BPO operations based in Sri Lanka. We are currently seeking suitable individuals to join our team as full time – operations executive.

Scope

The operations executive should have a strong understanding of BPO operations, with the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, maintain accurate daily reports, updates, and handover documentation, identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise all virtual administrators (VAs) across assigned projects.
2. Allocate daily tasks and monitor workload distribution to ensure efficiency.
3. Track attendance, productivity, and performance of all VAs.
4. Conduct daily check-ins and provide guidance, support, and feedback to the team.
5. Ensure all client tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
6. Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding operational requirements and updates.
7. Monitor service levels and ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
9. Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions where required.
10. Assist with onboarding, training, and performance management of new VAs.
11. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and team productivity.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, team management, or virtual workforce management.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
