Associates & senior associates – night shift | on site

Responsibilities

1. Billing
2. Collections
3. Prior authorization and VOB
4. IDR and negotiations
5. Inbound patient calls

Requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 years of RCM experience in processes above
2. Experience in multiple RCM functions is a plus
3. Experience in surgery and/or anesthesia is a plus
4. Experience in AMD and/or centricity is a plus
5. Must be living in or willing to relocate to Colombo or its suburbs
6. Must possess an excellent command of English
7. Ability to join quickly
