Manager – Solar Engineering

What we are looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing commercial and industrial solar projects (minimum 5 years), with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
3. Associate membership of IESL will be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead end to end solar engineering projects from planning to maintenance, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
2. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, resource utilization, and business performance.
4. Provide technical leadership to project teams while promoting innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
