Sales Executive

Sun Ray Energy (Pvt) Ltd is a customer-focused renewable energy solutions provider established in 2018 and registered with the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority. We deliver solar, EV charging, energy-saving and sustainable energy solutions for residential, commercial and industrial customers across Sri Lanka. This is more than a traditional sales role. We need someone who can understand a customer’s energy requirements, identify opportunities for savings, and convert them into practical, commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial and industrial markets
• Promote hybrid, on-grid and off-grid solar solutions
• Develop and promote solar-powered EV charging solutions
• Understand customer electricity usage and identify energy-saving opportunities
• Present the financial and operational benefits of solar and EV charging solutions
• Prepare proposals, follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful projects
• Build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets
• Support the growth of Sun Ray Energy’s sustainable energy solutions portfolio

Requirements

• Experience in solar, renewable energy, energy solutions or a related industry
• Knowledge of solar PV, EV charging, energy efficiency and sustainability
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and propose solutions
• Self-motivated, target-driven and confident in developing new business
• Passion for technology, clean energy and customer cost savings
