PROCUREMENT OFFICER

CONTROL CONCEPTS (PVT) LTD is a SCHNEIDER certified EcoXpert System Integrator specialized in BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (BMS), ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, and ELV SYSTEMS. With a portfolio of prestigious projects both locally and overseas, immediate vacancies exist for a Procurement Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all procurement activities including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, and purchase order preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of material purchases and deliveries.
• Manage the company store, including inventory control and stock level monitoring.
• Coordinate with project and finance departments to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• A diploma in Logistics, supply chain management, or procurement.
• Minimum 01-year experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in both English and Sinhala languages.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
